Key Responsibilities :

As a Field Service Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing agricultural equipment at various customer locations, ensuring precision and timeliness to keep their equipment operating at optimal performance. Your efforts will greatly contribute to supporting our customers and minimizing their downtime.

Your daily routine will involve :

  • Analyzing and diagnosing malfunctions or failures of agricultural equipment in the field.
  • Repairing, replacing, or rebuilding a variety of components including engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and more.
  • Performing welding and fabrication as necessary.
  • Traveling in a fully equipped Pape' service vehicle to deliver excellent service and build customer trust.

What You Need :

  • At least 3 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, ideally in the agriculture sector.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills to foster customer relationships.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record; a CDL is preferred.
  • Must provide your own tools.

    • Compensation : $35-50 / hr (Dependent on Experience)
