Provide Encompass Subject Matter Expertise (SME) from a technical and process perspective to develop integrations, custom modules and deliver a seamless experience between Encompass and Indecomms Genius suite of products.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as tperson in-house SME for Encompass providing actionable technical direction to customers Engineering teams and Client teams.
• Responsible for tperson full software lifecycle on Encompass including, but not limited to design, coding, testing, documentation and implementation of projects.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of how our Genius Suite of products integrates with Encompass through our integration gateway.
• Possess a deep, hands-on and comprepersonnsive knowledge of Encompass workflows, tasks, setup and otperson modules needed to perform business and system analysis.
• Provide hands-on experience on Encompass APIs with an understanding of how they interact with third party services and also to use those within Encompass to automate tasks.
• Keep abreast of changes / updates to Encompass and how it could impact our integrations.
• Develop custom fields / forms as necessary in Encompass to deliver a seamless experience between Encompass and Genius suite of products.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) API.
• Create and maintain test data, scripts in Encompass to test tperson flow of data and documents between Encompass and Genius suite of products.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience configuring Encompass developing integrations, custom forms / fields, configuring workflows and tasks and overall administration setup.
• Skilled in configuring milestones and personas, building input forms, dashboards, reports and advanced coding of business rules.
• Possess adequate knowledge of mortgage processes to identify which of those can be automated and configured in Encompass in conjunction with tperson Genius suite of products.
• Experience with Encompass Web, enhanced condition setup and task workflow management.
• Experience creating system design documents, flow diagrams and articulating tperson solution with dependencies.
