Insurance Verification Specialist

• Bonus Plan : This role is eligible for a monthly bonus in addition to baseline hourly pay.
• Hours of operation : Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm.

Job Summary :

The insurance verification specialist will verify insurance in a timely manner on all damaged autos. Once it is determined that the auto has insurance coverage, the verification specialist will inform the insurance claim specialist. The insurance verification specialist will :

Duties / Responsibilities :

Verify and document insurance on damaged vehicles. Findings are to be documented conclusively conveying whether the vehicle has coverage.

Collaborate with the consumer and the insurance company to acquire all required information to determine coverage.

Ongoing verification of insurance will consist of servicing inbound calls and executing outbound calls.

Assess customer information and ensure accuracy, collect data and enter accurately into the CRM system.

Resolve any discrepancies on information received and update accounts as appropriate.

Maintain accurate records of all verifications.

Provide professional customer service to consumers regarding coverage.

Communicate and collaborate professionally with employees / management.
