We're looking for someone who is not only confident in guiding customers through their insurance needs but also skilled in mentoring and training team members.
This position is more than just a sales role - it's an opportunity to become a key leader within our agency. We're seeking someone who could eventually step into office manager responsibilities and serve as a trusted representative when the agent is away. If you're looking for a position with long-term growth potential and increased responsibility, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers to understand their life and health insurance needs
- Present personalized coverage options that align with customer goals
- Help train and mentor other team members in effective customer conversations
- Take initiative in improving office systems and contributing to agency success
- Be ready to fill in for the agent as needed in leadership and customer-facing roles
- Active Life & Health license (or ability to obtain)
- Previous insurance experience strongly preferred
- Natural communicator with a passion for helping others
- Leadership potential or experience managing / coaching teams
- Strong organizational skills and a professional, trustworthy presence
