A company is looking for a Senior Health Policy Analyst to research complex health policy issues.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to complex health research projects, developing innovative solutions
Manage project budgets, improve reports, and present research findings to clients
Act as a subject matter expert on federal public health insurance policy and mentor staff
Required Qualifications
PhD with 10 years, Master's with 14 years, or Bachelor's with 18 years of related experience
Experience with Medicare value-based payment programs and accountable care organizations (ACOs)
Proven ability to support policy change through federal rulemaking
Experience leading large teams and developing cost efficiency measures
Knowledge of operational efficiency improvement approaches, such as LEAN or Kaizen
