Job Description

Gilead is seeking a Director, HCP Non-personal Promotion Marketing to champion the launch of our next groundbreaking HIV therapy—a novel combination of bictegravir and lenacapavir. In this role, you'll report directly to the Senior Director, HIV Treatment Marketing and play a central part in shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies to bring this transformative new treatment for people living with HIV.

As The HCP NPP Marketing Lead, You'll

• Drive bold, creative digital and omnichannel campaigns that educate HCP and drive product adoption
• Optimize promotional effectiveness across channels and lead targeted HCP segmentation
• Be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technology

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is : $226,185.00 - $292,710.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans
