Responsibilities
As a Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse and under the direct supervision of an RN, you will join a dedicated team of Home Health professionals with a passion for caring for patients around the Valley in the safest place to them, their home. Part of a nurturing, dynamic, and team-oriented atmosphere, you will utilize and grow your skills in the continuum of care for our patients.
