As a Fund Accountant within our Private Equity Outsourcing practice, you will support the day‑to‑day accounting, reporting, and administration of private equity funds. This role is a great opportunity to deepen your experience in fund operations while working with a team that values curiosity, initiative, and continued professional growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger records for private equity funds.

• Process capital activity, including contributions, distributions, and management fee calculations.

• Prepare cash reconciliations and perform balance sheet account reconciliations.

• Develop and maintain NAV support schedules, workpapers, and supporting documentation.

• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and investor reporting packages.

• Support annual audits and tax compliance processes by preparing schedules and responding to information requests.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, enhance reporting, and ensure timely deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience

• Minimum 1 year of accounting, fund administration or financial reporting experience

• Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets and complex schedules.

• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $59,400 - $85,360. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $65,400 - $93,940. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $68,300 - $98,120. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
