What You’ll Do
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by :
- Working to obtain qualified candidates through networking, social media, cold calling and other avenues to build your team of RNs and Allied Health Professionals.
- Screening and selecting qualified candidates for travel contracts, ensuring only the best join our elite team.
- Building a strong relationship with your team members, providing ongoing support, and guiding them through their journeys.
- Analyze and review the effectiveness of your selected team members and take corrective steps if their goals are not met
- Negotiating salaries and pay packages
- Crafting and executing marketing initiatives to attract top talent through social media, job boards, and other platforms.
- Staying ahead of industry trends to ensure we remain a trusted leader in healthcare staffing.
- Research job fairs, job seminars and referral recruiting to get the right candidates
- Attending job fairs, conventions, and networking events to build relationships and expand our reach.
- Traveling occasionally to represent Fidelity On Call
