WhatYou’llAchieve

As aTechnical Product Managerfor theAI ISV Partner Program –HealthCare, you will own thestrategy, evolution, and executionof Dell’s AI ecosystem for financial services andHealthCarecustomers. This role blendsdeep industry domain knowledge,AI platform strategy, andpartner ecosystem leadership.

You will define and prioritize AI use cases across theHealthCarelandscape,identifyecosystem gaps, guide ISV partner strategy, and serve as atrusted technical and business interface toHealthCarecustomers. Your work will directly shape how Dell enables AI adoption across banks, payment providers, insurers, capital markets, and emergingHealthCareinnovators.

You Will:

• Establish Dell’s vision for enablingHealthCareormedicalservicescustomers with AI across regulated and high‑scale environments
• Own and prioritizeHealthCareandmedicalservicesAI use‑case and workloadsspanning fraud, risk, payments, capital markets, and GenAI use cases
• Identifyportfolio gaps and guideHealthCareandmedicalservicesISV partner strategy, including prioritization, onboarding, and ecosystem investments
• Engage directly withHealthCareandmedicalservicescustomers, translating business and regulatory needs into actionable priorities
• Track industry and regulatory trends toidentifynew opportunitiesand keep Dell’s Healthcare AI ecosystem ahead of market demand
• Lead cross‑functionallyfor execution across engineering, solutions, partner enablement, validation, and GTM teams

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of experience intechnical product management, AI platforms, or ecosystem strategy, withsignificantHealthCareormedicalservices experience
• Strong understanding ofhowmedicalinstitutions andHealthCarecompaniesoperate, including regulatory, risk, and scalability considerations
• Deep knowledge ofAI/ML workloads and architecturesused in financial services.
• Proven experience definingusecase frameworks, portfolio strategy, and partner ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to engage directly with customers at a technical and business level.
• Excellent communication and executivelevel presentation skills

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Experience shaping AI solutions for highly regulated industries
• Experience working withHealthCareISVs, financial data platforms, or regulated enterprise software ecosystems,Dell AIplatformsor comparable AI infrastructure ecosystems (NVIDIA,hyperscalers, enterprise data platforms)

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair andequitablecompensation practices.The salary range for this position is $156,400.00 - $202,400.00
