Job Description:
As a Healthcare Provider at DOCS Medical Group, you will play an essential role in delivering and managing direct patient care for a diverse population. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough physical examinations and assessments to develop effective treatment plans.
- Engaging patients and their families in understanding and managing their care plans.
- Documenting individualized care plans and coordinating care in the patient's medical record.
- Analyzing patient histories and examination findings to determine the best course of care.
- Prescribing medications and treatment regimens based on assessments.
- Referring patients to specialists as necessary.
- Directing and coordinating patient care activities with nursing and support staff.
- Promoting patient rights and safeguarding patient privacy.
- Responding effectively to emergency situations.
- Participating in meetings to evaluate practice processes and improve patient care.
- Engaging in health promotion and prevention programs.
- Participating in population health activities as directed.
- Adhering to all departmental policies and safety standards.
