A company is looking for a Healthcare Analytics Analyst to perform research and analysis of complex healthcare claims data.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis of healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data for utilization and cost containment
Develop and distribute reports using SQL and other analytic tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements
Assist with special projects and provide recommendations based on data analysis and trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience in database and data management
Basic knowledge of SQL
2-4 years of experience in analyzing financial and performance management metrics
Preferred experience in Medical Economics and knowledge of performance indicators
