A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Healthcare / RCM.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with teams to understand end-to-end revenue cycle workflows and lead requirements elicitation for analytics and reporting initiatives
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, maintaining backlogs and supporting Agile execution
Support QA and UAT by validating data outputs and ensuring data integrity across healthcare reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Analyst in healthcare, analytics, or revenue cycle initiatives
Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, and AR management
Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform Products, and familiarity with SQL for data validation
Proven experience in Agile / Scrum environments
