A company is looking for a Healthcare Collections Analyst who will process medical insurance claim overpayments and participate in validation and collection activities.
Key Responsibilities
Process overpayments, including posting provider refunds and preparing notification letters
Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers to request payment recovery and resolve discrepancies
Maintain compliance with client policies and state and federal regulations while managing outstanding accounts receivable
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year experience in administration support or data entry
High school diploma
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
One (1) year experience in a healthcare claims operations environment (preferred)
College degree in a role-related field (preferred)
