We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team and help clients achieve their goals through compassionate, professional care.
What You'll Do :
- Conduct initial intake sessions and recommend appropriate care and treatment plans.
- Deliver exceptional individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients' strengths and needs.
- Utilize the DSM to assess and diagnose effectively.
- Assess clients for risks, including suicide or self-harm, and address them with sensitivity and expertise.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded support for clients.
- Stay current in the field by participating in workshops, training, and professional development.
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality and ethical practice.
- Actively engage in team meetings, networking efforts, and community outreach to support the organization's mission and values.
