A company is looking for a Director of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for the development and implementation of the Compliance Program

Facilitate policies and processes to ensure adherence to the Compliance Program Plan

Report to the Regional Director of Compliance and align activities with the organization's mission and values

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required

Minimum three years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance

Certification in Healthcare Compliance through HCCA or obtain within 24 months of hire

Must understand English, both written and spoken

Preferred : Master's Degree and previous healthcare compliance program experience
