A company is looking for a Healthcare Data Associate to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across quality metrics, including HEDIS
Develop clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards to support quality, compliance, and executive decision-making
Collaborate with Technology partners to streamline data pipelines and enhance analytic capabilities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience as a data analyst in a healthcare environment
At least 2 years of hands-on SQL experience, including complex queries and data validation
Strong experience with quality reporting and HEDIS performance analysis; risk adjustment knowledge preferred
Experience working with clinical data such as EHR, claims, pharmacy, or population health datasets
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC)
