Position Overview
Our up?market Commercial team works with growing organizations of 250?10,000 employees. You will join a fast?paced team, engage with various customers, and receive personalized training and career opportunities.
Commercial Business Unit : Mid?Commercial, General Commercial, and Enterprise Corporate Sales.
Vertical : Health and Life Sciences?Payers, Providers, MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, and BioTech. We may be aligned to Slack, NetZero Cloud, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, Specialization Cloud, or Digital Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Develop and drive the overall long?term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
- Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
- Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
- Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and / or new customers
- Drive growth within an existing assigned account
