In the role of Sales Executive, you will manage the entire sales process from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals. Your ability to forge meaningful connections, grasp client requirements, and deliver tailored facility service solutions will be key to your success. This position places a strong emphasis on proactive prospecting, relationship development, and strategic selling to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include :
- Hunt for new business! Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and on-site visits.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and opportunities.
- Run building surveys, present proposals, and close sales by addressing client pain points and overcoming objections.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, business owners, and industry associations.
- Stay ahead of the competition perform competitive analysis and maintain knowledge of the facility maintenance industry.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track and follow up on prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Represent City Wide Facility Solutions at networking events, industry conferences, and community engagements.
