Senior Superintendent (Healthcare)
Position Overview
The Senior Superintendent (Healthcare) will oversee the construction of large complex healthcare facilities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires extensive experience in hospital construction, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring they meet project specifications and timelines.
- Utilize Bluebeam for project documentation, collaboration, and communication among team members.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and address any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Provide training and support to junior staff and subcontractors on best practices and compliance requirements.
