Join Our Team as a Healthcare Construction Superintendent!

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Construction Superintendent to manage and oversee healthcare construction projects. This position involves extensive travel as you will be assigned to various project sites across the United States.

Role Summary : As the Healthcare Construction Superintendent, you will develop and execute project plans and oversee all project aspects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. You will lead a team, manage subcontractors, and monitor the workflow to accomplish our goals effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities :

Champion a culture of safety and mentorship on the job site.

  • Manage subcontractors and ensure organized workflow.
  • Lead meetings and coordinate with project teams to facilitate progress.
  • Assess project budget and schedule, collaborating with the Project Manager as needed.
  • Ensure material and equipment availability aligns with project needs.
  • Implement quality control measures to meet standards.
  • Oversee project closeouts and collaborate with stakeholders for a seamless transition.
  • Build relationships with team members and promote diversity and inclusion.

    • What We Look For :

  • 12+ years of construction experience, with at least 10 years in field supervision.
  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present effectively.
  • Experience implementing Lean principles in construction projects is a plus.
  • A valid and unrestricted driver's license is required.
