Our client is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join the team! This role is hybrid, working onsite at a continuing education facility Monday-Wednesday and remote Thursday and Friday. This is for a large DSO organization. This position will support and interact with candidates coming to the center for continued education, and speak to them regarding open positions within the company with the goal of transferring 1-2 leads per month to the internal TA group. The role focuses on relationship building, presenting the company brand, supporting engagement dinners/events, and will also do recruiting administrative work including LinkedIn postings, recruitment marketing, and admin support for the recruiting team. Looking for someone with a sales and services mindset who has a background in healthcare sales, vendor management, relationship management or recruiting.

Required Skills & Experience
• Ability to work M-W onsite in Gilbert, AZ
• HS diploma
• 2+ years of experience within healthcare sales/recruiting/sourcing/relationship or vendor management
• Ability and desire to be client facing

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Background in dental/DSO industry
