What You'll Do

• Partner with nurses and clinical staff to manage and fulfill non-clinical requests through our client's custom app.
• Provide thoughtful, responsive support to patients, families, and visitors.
• Balance empathy with efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced hospital setting.
• Contribute to a culture that blends warmth, professionalism, and high-touch service.
• Serve as a trusted resource, helping ensure every interaction feels supportive and personalized.

• Experience in hospitality, guest services, or other customer-facing roles.
