Position Summary: As a Mid Level Healthcare Provider, you will deliver primary care services to our patients, ensuring high-quality care and compassion in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Registered Nurse & Nurse Practitioner diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse & Nurse Practitioner in the State of Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient patient care and perform inpatient rounding as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and manage scheduling.
  • Order and review necessary medical and lab tests.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Support physicians in operational duties in their absence.
  • Perform outreach activities within the community.
