We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Construction Traveling Superintendent who can effectively lead significant projects while traveling to diverse locations. In this dynamic role, you will manage all project aspects to ensure timely and profitable completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring a safe and injury-free work environment.
• Efficiently manage subcontractors and coordinate their workflow.
• Oversee company staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet high-quality and safety standards.
• Develop and oversee work plans for subcontractors and self-performed tasks.
• Manage project site maintenance and coordination.
• Lead daily standup and weekly trade meetings to facilitate communication.
• Monitor project progress against the schedule and provide regular updates.
• Communicate vital project information to stakeholders, including owners and design teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs and inspection records.
• Assess project budgets and costs, implementing corrective measures as required.
• Support project closeouts by ensuring completion of all tasks, including punch list activities.

Desired Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in field supervision.
• A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean principles is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to enhance team collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in varied working environments and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Working Environment:

• Must hold a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work extended hours when necessary.
• Capability to lift at least 50 pounds and work under extreme weather conditions.

Location: Nashville, TN, US, or other project sites across the country.
