Your role will entail managing the full cycle of placements while fostering substantial relationships with clients. With some of the highest commission rates available in the industry, your efforts will be rewarded handsomely relative to the value you provide.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee Full-Cycle Searches from the initial briefing through to closing.
• Partner with Clients, gaining insight into their specific hiring requirements, challenges, and organizational culture.
• Utilize Strategic Sourcing methods, including our proprietary CRM/ATS and your personal network aided by our unique communications platform.
• Capitalize on Our Advanced Platform to manage candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver long-term benefits for clients and lucrative commissions for yourself.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we enhance our shared brand - and by extension, yours.

• Familiar with navigating ATS/CRM systems (we'll provide training on ours).
• An entrepreneurial mindset eager to build lasting success.
