The Healthcare Price Review Support Specialist is essential in managing the Price Review production queue, ensuring accuracy in processing requests associated with various accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Process audit and project requests for diverse Health Plans.

• Comprehend client objectives and processing rules for each account.

• Maintain a daily achievement rate of 100% within the team.

• Identify and report system and account anomalies as required.

• Detect potential errors and implement necessary corrective actions.

• Exhibit proficiency in navigating multiple procedures, systems, and databases.

• Assist with additional team duties as needed.

Qualifications for Success:

• Experienced in 10-Key operation and data entry.

• Skilled in data analysis and management.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Adaptable to changing workflows and team needs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Our compensation strategy ensures competitiveness and fairness, with salary ranges based on industry benchmarks. The estimated hourly wage for this role is $15-$18.32 USD.
