A well-established commercial general contractor is confidentially seeking a Healthcare Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare and hospital construction . This role is suited for a field leader experienced in complex, regulated medical environments and occupied facilities.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site construction activities for healthcare and hospital projects
- Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors
- Ensure compliance with ICRA, infection control, life-safety, and healthcare regulations
- Oversee quality control, inspections, and punch-list completion
- Successfully manage projects in active / occupied hospital environments
- Enforce OSHA standards and all safety protocols
