Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the client-facing service team, including running reports and preparing enrollment materials

Review and approve member ID card templates and audit plan design changes

Facilitate communication regarding benefit plan changes and follow up on outstanding plan document signatures

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role

Data entry experience required

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong organizational skills are essential
