About the Role
As a Healthcare Transaction Manager at CBRE, you will be entrusted with managing real estate transaction activities for a key healthcare client, enhancing our portfolio's performance and meeting client needs.
What You'll Do
Implement strategic real estate plans that align with client goals, aiding in project initiation and defining scope, priorities, and milestones.
Act as an agent for both landlords / sellers and tenants / buyers to negotiate favorable business terms and conditions.
Collaborate with field brokers to coordinate sales negotiations, including lease agreements, amendments, expirations, and renewals.
Identify and acquire new properties within specified timelines that fulfill client requirements.
Manage the disposition of surplus space through subleasing, sales, or early lease terminations.
Review and interpret financial analysis templates to support transaction decisions.
Track all transaction and project activities closely, documenting savings and preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Maintain an organized project tracking system to ensure timely completion of transactions.
Propose improvements to existing processes and recognize their broader impact across the department.
Model CBRE RISE values in your leadership style, influencing collaborative resolutions among stakeholders.
Identify and resolve issues that arise in daily transactions and existing systems.
What You'll Need
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions. A combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Experience in healthcare transactions is highly preferred.
A valid Real Estate salesperson license is required.
Strong communication skills to handle sensitive information and performance expectations.
Leadership abilities to enhance team quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
Strong mathematical skills with the capability to perform complex financial calculations.

Compensation :
The minimum salary for this position is $85,000 annually, while the maximum salary is $130,000 annually. Compensation will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience, and successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
