Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare licensed agent hires, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection
Develop effective sourcing strategies and partner with hiring managers to understand candidate requirements
Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a fair and transparent experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full life cycle healthcare recruiting experience
4+ years of experience targeting healthcare Licensed Agent hires
3+ years of high volume agency sourcing and recruiting experience
Experience managing the recruiting process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruiting metrics / targets
