The Western Region Consolidated Business Office (CBO ) provides business office services including appeals / denials, billing, collections, cash posting, pre-access management, variance and customer service to our affiliated UHS facilities. We are seeking dynamic and talented individuals to join our team.

The Human Resources Recruiter

Responsible for recruitment and selection of exempt and nonexempt positions by the development of effective recruiting strategies.

Job Description

Sourcing Candidates : Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Conducting Interviews : Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.

Managing the Hiring Process : Facilitate the entire hiring process, including conducting background checks, negotiating job offers, and preparing employment contracts.

Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that align with the company's goals and culture.

Onboarding : Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Maintaining Records : Keep accurate and organized records of candidates and hiring processes within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

The role of a Human Resources Recruiter is crucial in building a strong workforce and promoting a positive employer brand. By effectively managing the recruitment process, HR Recruiters help ensure that organizations attract and retain the best talent available.

Qualifications

Education :

• Four-year college degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other applicable degree programs. An equivalent amount of work experience may be substituted for four-year degree
