- Pay Rate: Starting at $250,000 annually for new graduates; salary increases based on experience (discussed at interview)

What You'll Do
- Provide expert neonatal critical care in Level III NICUs at Mountain View Hospital and Southern Hills Hospital
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatric subspecialists, to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize advanced neonatal procedures, including high-frequency ventilation, body cooling, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy
- Participate in teaching, quality improvement, and research initiatives
- Provide family-centered care, ensuring support and education to families of neonatal patients
- Contribute to a dynamic and growing neonatal practice within a leading healthcare system
What You Need
- Required:
- Board Certified or Eligible Neonatologist (ABP certification or eligibility)
- Medical license to practice in Nevada (or eligible for licensing)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Preferred:
- Experience in a Level III NICU setting
- Fellowship training in Neonatology
