Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time Inpatient Registered Dietitian (24 hrs/week) with benefits at Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, CA. Join a leading Inland Empire healthcare provider and Level I Trauma Center serving Southern California.

In this role you will provide patient medical nutrition therapy for inpatients with a variety of disease states at Riverside Community Hospital, home to the region’s largest Emergency Department, Level I Trauma Center, and Level III NICU.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $67405 per year - $87230 per year

• Deliver nutrition care for patients, residents, and communities as part of a contractual agreement, using the Nutrition Care Process (assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, and evaluation).
• Act as a nutrition resource for patients, peers, and foodservice staff; collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and departments to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and training to patients, healthcare staff, students, and foodservice teams, adjusting content for clinical complexity.

• Participate in or lead performance improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Requirements

• Education Requirement:
• Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with required coursework and supervised practice per ACEND guidelines
• OR, for those eligible prior to 1/1/2024: Bachelor’s degree meeting ACEND requirements.
• Management Experience: 0-1 years
• Related Experience: 0-3 years
• Credentials Requirement:
• Meets eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) via CDR and will become registered within 120 days of hire
• Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire where applicable
