About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about travel, customer service, and helping others create unforgettable experiences? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Travel & Client Experience Specialist. This flexible remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy planning, learning about destinations, and providing exceptional client support.

As part of our team, you will assist clients with vacation planning, travel research, reservations, and overall travel coordination while receiving training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and vacation goals
  • Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and travel experiences
  • Assist clients with travel planning and booking arrangements
  • Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel
  • Maintain accurate client records and booking information
  • Stay informed on travel industry trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Utilize company-provided tools and resources to manage bookings and communications

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
