What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver exceptional patient experiences from testing through fitting and follow-up care

  • Conduct hearing tests and diagnose hearing loss using clinical protocols

  • Recommend and sell hearing aids and accessories tailored to patient needs

  • Manage office operations and contribute to marketing and growth initiatives

  • Collaborate closely with a regional manager and support team

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described

  • Hold a current state license in good standing (HIS or AuD)

  • Proficient in NOAH, Inspire OS, and patient management software

  • Strong communicator with a caring, consultative approach
