Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage heavy civil construction projects, particularly including highways, bridges, and airports. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, safely, within scope, and within budget, while managing resources and stakeholder communication effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
- Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to address challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as required
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and clients
