  • 3-5 years of experience as a diesel mechanic, preferably with a construction equipment background.
  • Must have the tools you need to do the job; your hands will only get your so far.
  • Experience with performing diagnostics and repairs, not just preventative maintenance.
  • Experience using diagnostic software and tools.
  • High quality control. Respect your work and make it known.
  • Be willing and ready to learn : this position comes with growth opportunities, if you want them!
