We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Heavy Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves operating various types of heavy equipment to support construction and project execution. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to high safety standards.
Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, loaders, and bulldozers to complete job site tasks.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure proper operation.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to specifications.
Interpret project plans and blueprints to carry out job duties effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid heavy equipment operator certification.
Proven experience operating excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and other heavy equipment.
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and operational best practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
Prior experience in construction or related industries.
Familiarity with a variety of job site environments and equipment types.
Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Solid communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
