Job Description:
Apex Systems is looking to hire an ONSITE Help Desk Analyst for our client based out of Greensboro, NC.
This assignment is anticipated to be a 6‑month contract with strong potential for extension; however, Apex Systems cannot guarantee the length of this assignment.
This will also have a first‑shift Monday–Friday schedule.
This role is 100% onsite. Candidates must be local to the Greensboro, NC area or willing to relocate prior to or immediately upon offer acceptance. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Role OverviewThis position involves performing analytical, technical, and administrative work to support local and remote end-users, as well as production lines. The role utilizes global processes and tools to deliver results. The primary goal is to achieve total end-user satisfaction for technical issues through customer service, a willingness to work overtime, and teamwork.
