TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Pueblo, Colorado, 81009!
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surge/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience required. License: Current RN license required. Certifications: AHA BLS, CPR required. Must-Have: - Experience with stroke, COVID, and med surge patients - Epic charting experience required - Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs Description: This position involves providing care to patients on a med surge/telemetry unit. The nurse will manage and interpret dysrhythmias and participate in rapid response/code teams. Candidates must be comfortable working in environments with flexible staffing ratios. Flexibility to float to sister facilities may be required based on patient care needs. There will be an expectation of weekend coverage. Ten days of time off may be approved during the contract period with specific blackout dates. Candidates must possess strong nursing skills and be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Nurses will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy and respiratory services. The patient population may include adults and geriatrics with various medical conditions. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment with a daily patient census averaging around 34.
