Project Manager
Oversee day-to-day field operations from ground-breaking through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel. Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality and budget targets are met. Enforce all safety standards and maintain a safe jobsite. Work closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders. Lead site meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication.

Proven experience as a Superintendent on municipal, public sector, or education projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site management. Ability to manage subcontractors and drive project timelines. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Commitment to safety and quality delivery. Savannah or regional experience preferred.
