Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Panel Builder to join our team. You will maintain a working knowledge of applicable electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, and IEC. This role requires the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

Wire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics.

Route and bundle wires and cables neatly and according to established electrical standards.

Check work to ensure error-free products.

Keep red-lines of any changes required during manufacturing and submit them to the supervisor upon project completion.

Maintain a neat, efficient, and safe workplace.

Provide all necessary tools to perform the job function.

Essential Skills

Experience in panel building and control panel wiring.

Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical schematics and blueprints.

Ability to layout, mount components, drill, and tap effectively.

Strong electrical wiring and assembly skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to follow and understand assembly instructions, including drawings, prints, and electrical schematics.

Capability to wire assembled components from simple schematics and / or wire lists.

Occasional assistance in employee development and continuous improvement.

Work Environment

Work on a shop floor alongside other panel builders. Choose from a 1st shift from 6 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM or a 2nd shift from 3 : 30 PM to 12 : 30 AM with a shift differential

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Butler, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr.
