Responsibilities :

In this role, you will provide attentive, individualized support to clients, fostering an environment of trust, engagement, and wellbeing.

• Cultivate meaningful and enjoyable conversations to build rapport and trust with clients
• Encourage participation in activities and exercise
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals that support clients' health and satisfaction
• Assist with mobility, dressing, and other essential activities of daily living
• Accurately monitor and document client activities, promptly reporting any significant changes in physical condition, cognitive status, or behavior
