Job Description
Interim HealthCare is looking for extremely motivated Home Health Aides to provide personal care as assigned by RN Case Manager to our clients in the home setting :
- Excellent communication
- Assist client with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Assist client with other activities : shopping, homemaking, prepare and serve meals, and client socialization
- Assist with ambulation, transfer, and / or range of motion exercises
- Utilize good infection control measures
- Recognize, document and report changes in client environment to supervisor
