Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health - $5,000 Sign on Bonus!!!

Location :  Oxnard, CA

Work Type : Full Time

Compensation : $60–$65 / hr + paid drive time between visits + mileage reimbursement + $5,000 sign-on bonus

A well-established, respected home health provider is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) for an Oxnard-based role with a tight 10-mile territory and real schedule autonomy.

This opportunity is ideal for PTs seeking less driving, lower daily volume, and better work-life balance — without sacrificing income or clinical autonomy.

Why PTs Apply

Oxnard-focused territory (~10-mile / ~20-minute drive radius)

2–4 patients per day

You control your schedule and routing

Paid drive time between visits + mileage

Most PTs work 35–45 hours / week by choice

Weekends optional

$60–$65 / hr (up to $70 for bilingual or specialized PTs)

$5,000 sign-on bonus

Pay & Benefits

Hourly pay with earning potential up to ~$130K (by choice)

Overtime paid after 8 hours / day

What You’ll Do

Provide one-on-one PT care in patients’ homes

Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans

Document visits in a leading home health EMR system

Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary care team

What You Need

Active California Physical Therapist license

Home health or non-HH background welcome

New grads welcome

Spanish-speaking preferred

CPR certification

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Open to Part Time or PRN scheduling
