Job description

Certified Medication Aide

We believe that exceptional care starts with exceptional people. Our mission is to create a safe, supportive, and dignified environment where every resident feels valued, respected, and heard. We are committed to delivering not just medical support, but genuine human connection, because we know that compassion is as essential as clinical skill.

As a cornerstone of our care team, you will be a trusted advocate, a careful observer, and a source of comfort for residents and their families. Your precision and empathy will directly impact the health, safety, and quality of life of those in your care.

Administer prescribed medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.

Accurately document medication administration, resident responses, and any changes in condition.

Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.

Assist with daily living activities when needed, ensuring residents' comfort and dignity.

Maintain medication carts, storage areas, and records in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to foster a positive care environment.

Current state certification as a Medication Aide (CMA or equivalent).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in medication administration.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.

Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced care setting.

We are an equal opportunity employer and celebrate diversity. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and residents.

If you're ready to make a meaningful difference every day, we'd love to meet you.
