We are actively seeking experienced Automotive Warranty Administrators for current and future dealership opportunities.

Whether you are a warranty administrator, warranty clerk, warranty specialist, warranty claims processor, service administrator, or dealership professional with strong manufacturer warranty experience, we’d like to connect with you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, track, and reconcile automotive warranty claims.

• Review repair orders for accurate labor operations, parts, documentation, technician stories, and manufacturer requirements.

• Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Shop Foremen, Parts Department, Service Management, and manufacturer representatives.

• Ensure warranty claims are submitted accurately and on time.

• Follow up on unpaid, rejected, returned, or adjusted warranty claims.

• Maintain warranty schedules, claim records, manufacturer documentation, and audit-ready files.

• Review technician comments, diagnostic documentation, repair procedures, and claim support before submission.

• Process warranty parts retention, return requests, core returns, and manufacturer claim requirements.

• Monitor warranty receivables and assist with reconciliation.

• Support compliance with dealership, manufacturer, and warranty policies.

• Communicate claim issues, chargebacks, trends, and process concerns to service management.

• Maintain organized warranty records and support a professional fixed operations environment.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership warranty administration experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty claim processes.

• Ability to read and review repair orders, technician stories, labor operations, parts, and service documentation.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple claims, deadlines, and follow-up items.

• Strong communication skills with advisors, technicians, parts staff, service management, and manufacturer representatives.

• Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion, or similar systems preferred.

• Ability to maintain organized records and support warranty audit readiness.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Manufacturer warranty training or certification preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience with domestic, import, luxury, EV, diesel, high-volume, and multi-rooftop dealership warranty operations is welcomed.
