  • Collaborate closely with the Training Manager and Curriculum Developer to co-develop, review, and format interactive training materials, lesson plans, and learning activities.
  • Oversee localized training metrics, compile data, and distribute regular progress reports to onsite trainers and leadership.
  • Document best practices and cross-departmental workflow steps to enhance operational efficiency, cross-training protocols, and onboarding success.

Operational Continuity & Communications

  • Serve as the secondary point of contact and administrative backup for claims management and urgent safety inquiries when the Safety Lead is out of the office.
  • Manage high-volume professional correspondence, answering emails and phone calls promptly from managers, employees, external customers, and insurance representatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 12 years of experience within Workers' Compensation claims administration, risk management support, or structured corporate training environments preferred.
