Job description

In this role, the Hospital Front Desk Associate, where you will assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, and manage simple records and enter information accurately. Additional duties include support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, as well as coordinate with other departments when needed, learn company products and services to better assist others, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions. Benefits of this position may include weekly pay, flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, supportive team environment, opportunities for growth, and overtime availability.
